No! We will waive the monthly fee if we don’t send you any patients. There is no hidden charge or long term contract with us.
Yes, we put all potential patients’ “Wish List” in your report. You can refuse or accept any of them at any time. This option is for premium plan only.
You can change “price”, “terms”, and the “active period” of your offer with few clicks on your dashboard (there is no need to contact us unlike other companies). Your new patient will never see your old or inactive offers. The changes will go into effect immediately.
Patients can make an appointment via the Magna Doctors platform or they can print the voucher and bring it to your office. We will send you periodic emails (or Fax or SMS) with all your matched patients’ contact information.
The match information is completely secure and private between you and your patient and we will not use it for any other purpose or share it with any third party.
There is no cancellation fee or monthly contracts. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the “cancel subscription” button on your dashboard or email us at Info@MagnaDoctors.com
